Dr. Eugenio did not hesitate to see my Red Eared Slider (turtle) "Herbie" and he knew immediately what was wrong with him. I was SO impressed by the amount of knowledge Dr. Eugenio had about the condition of Herbie's shell infection, he explained in great depth what was wrong, took time to clean him up, and created a treatment plan. He spend so much time with me showing me the best way to give Herbie his liquid medication (which could have been a very large headache), and he even fabricated a special syringe to make it super easy!

I had originally taken Herbie to a different reptile veterinarian and they failed to present any knowledge about what was wrong with Herbie-they even misdiagnosed him and then charged me an arm and a leg to boot!



Dr. Eugenio scheduled two follow up appointments to check Herbie's progress and he has now almost completely healed and is back to his old feisty self!
