Called for pricing before heading over, guys on the phone were helpful and informative. Spoke to Eric (owner), on the phone, said if I had any question to call anytime. I decided to head out and check out the place by doing a small drop off., I have found my new scrap yard.Customer service was great (hard to find good service these days)! These guys are great! They know what they are talking about and are really friendly. No matter how busy they are, they are always willing to take the time to answer questions or crack jokes. I'm from Burlington where there are other recycling centers, but TEC will be getting all of my business from now on.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BOMB...MATT IS GREAT..ALL THE GUYS ARE WARM AND FRIENDLY..THE REASON ITS IN CAPS IS CAUSE IM SOO HAPPY WITH THESE GUYS..THEY HELP ME OUT..SO IF U SEE THIS TELL THEM THE GUY IN THE LITTLE BLUE S10 SAID TO GO THERE...THEY ARE THE BEST HAVE HELPED ME UNLOAD EVERYTIME GOOD CONVERSATION GOOD PEOPLE...GREAT PRICES..THEY WILL BE COMPITIVE IF U HAVE ALOT OF STUFF...

I was always intimidated bring my cans to these places with all the dirty creepy looking guys working all around. But, I felt pretty at home here they were respectful and nice no heebie jeebies here. Thanks guys
