Snobby, pushy sales help. They would rather a child cry then be entertained by trying on one pair of boots while mommy is trying on there over priced shoes. Small selection of wide width. They don't want any shoes or boxes out of place so it feels like your space is being invaded when you sit to try on shoes as they can't wait to clean up until after you are done. I won't be shopping there any more.
