Well managed. They notify us of any event or issues. The building is undergoing a major upgrade right now and will be very posh by the end of 2017.

The place is fine, but the management is not really good. I am currently renting and was thinking of buying one here. But as per my research and experience maintaince charges are too expensive. And rules are uresonable, e.g. iI am changing apartment in the building and they are charging me a moving fees for $250; this is one of the many issues. In this market where landords are giving incentive to move these guys are chargin a fee that too $250, this is just one of the many. I won't recommend any one for buying or renting.
