This taxi company in sincerely the most awful dishonest taxi I've ever dealt with, they stole $500 from my credit card, they came to pick me up from laytonville and I had been taken by my ex bf because they took 30 longer than said and when they called I told them I had left already but to please charge what it cost them in gas to get there and back out of kindness and they took the full $500 of what my taxi ride would have cost rather than just the gas it cost them to get there which was only $50 maximum. When I called the next day to see why $500 was missing from my account the receptionist said " my boyfriend thought you told him to take all of it" where I told her those words never left my mouth I said to take what it cost you in gas because I felt bad THAT YOU WERE LATE! And she proceeded to tell me that they had a no refund policy and that her boyfriend would call me back when he was done with his customer, which he never did call me back and when I tried repeatedly to call them they ignored my phone calls. NEVER USE THIS TAXI COMPANY THEYRE THIEVES!

The car took 40 minutes to get to me and when it did the driver was rude and smelled really bad. The car was also really old and dirty
