I came in for what turned out to be a bulged disc. I had roughly 9 or 10 total sessions and in that time went from having severe pain and barely being able to lift myself up from a laying position to very minimal pain and being able to hop right up from different exercises.



I worked mainly with and Mike and Adam. I cannot say enough about these two. Both are extremely knowledgeable and it is evident from the moment you interact with them that you are in good hands. They will go above and beyond to make sure they are answering any of your questions or make sure you understand certain signs of pain and when to do or avoid certain exercises, etc. They truly care about helping you get better and will provide you with the knowledge needed to continue to improve on your own.



Every appointment I had at Ace Physical Therapy, I would see different people in terms of different age ranges, physical fitness levels, etc. Mike, Adam and the other staff members make sure to tailor each session to the individual to ensure their comfort and recovery.



Everything about this place is great. Locations, facilities, cleanliness, staff and most importantly, the knowledge you will take away from it. I am confident Mike and Adam are the reason my back feels better and that they have provided me the tools to avoid future injury. If anything ever does flare up again in my back, or any other areas, I know the exact place I will be going is right back to Ace Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine.



Again, I couldn’t recommend them enough.
