I have used three different plumbing services here in Tyler, but I have been the most satisfied with Roto-Rooter. The plumber that came out (Zach) was professional, tried to avoid making an unnecessary mess, and did a good job. I plan to use them again.

He was Very Nice & respectful Plumber. I will Will be calling them back if i have another issue. im so glad they are a big company from here to Tyler. thanks Roto-Rooter!

I had a leak at a pipe and he had to replace it and a valve. I called on a Friday evening and Zack from Tyler, texas came early Sat. morning acessed the situation & couldn't get the part until Mon.but came early Monday & fixed it. He & his assist. Mathew did a wonderful job and tested everything before they left. I am very satisfied with them & Roto-Rooter and will definitely use them again and also recommend the company.

Great Service. I called several Plumbers on Thanksgiving day for a whole house sewer line cleaning. Roto-Rooter called back in less than 5 minutes. They had to travel from Tyler, TX to Longview, TX and the Technician , Ryan, arrived in about 45 minutes. He was courteous and was able to fix the problem in less than 1 hour. The bill was the same as I was quoted over the phone. About 1 hour after Roto-Rooter had completed the job and left, a local plumber returned my call for service. I called the phone number listed for Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Tyler, and they were out the next morning just when I requested. John, the plumber sent to handle my problem was here as expected according to the call from the dispatcher. John was very efficient, knowlegeable, and worked diligently to make sure my drains will not give me any trouble. He made a couple of suggestions which were not in my budget right now, but I will know who to call when I can aford the additional work. Both times I have used this company, they have met my needs and kept my drains running without problems. I will call them next time I have a probem.
