My husband passed away in Sept 2013. Everybody at the funeral home was so helpful and compassionate during the visitation and service and afterwards. I could not have asked for anything more. They are top notch in our family. I have already bought a pre-need from them for my service.

My family was verbally assualted on June 20 Fathers Day and discriminated against by Mr John Jackson. We were notified that additional monies were required, and upon arriving to pay them, he refused to take any type of payment other than cash and credit for no reason. It was a violation of the contract which clearly states that they do accept payment by check. He was cruel in his treatment of me and threatened to cancel our service and put my Father on the street. We had come up there to pay as reuiqred by credit card and certainly deserved nothing like this.

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO USE IF YOU LOSE A LOVED ONE !!!!

There is a reason the reviews on this owner are all terrible. He has absolutely no compassion and completely rude. He has been dealing with the dead too long. He has no idea how to handle family members grieving. Death is a time of stress for every family. The last thing one needs is an individual creating more stress by threatening to ship your family member somewhere else. And, yes we did take our father to an alternate funeral home.

The funeral and visitation themselves were fine, but they asked for full payment right before the visitation even though they knew a funeral trust was in place that would cover the cost. Then they filed the claim for the funeral trust, took all the money, and have been stalling for weeks about refunding the upfront money.
