Mallisham's Lawn Mower Repair

Been using Mr. Mallisham's services for 3 or 4 years now. Never had a problem with him. He's ALWAYS been fast, thorough, and fair.

I dropped off a pressure washer to be repaired. I only had 130.00 on me. The bill was 135.00. He said that would be fine and I was going to take pressure washer in the trunk of my car and be on my merry way. The washer didn't fit in trunk so I asked my father if he could run by there with his truck. I informed my father that the charge was already paid. He got there and mallisham milked my father for the $5.00. He told me on phone that he didn't solicit the 5.00. But my father told me that he asked how much I owe and WHAM,,, mallisham thought he would squeeze the 5 bucks,, now it's not about 5 bucks, but more for the principle. He wasn't fully honest and forthright. And a clear lack of character. I called and he hung up saying he wasn't going to argue about it.. I let it go, then he called me, after the hello, I just listened and didn't get a word in edge wise and WHAM, he hung up again without me even saying anything... principle is the issue...
