Drain Pro Sewer Service

Drain Pro is FABULOUS. They are so kind and quick to respond! I've had to call them at 2 different homes we've owned, and both times, they were perfect. So reasonable and kind and helpful.

Called at 130 pm on 12 /24/2015 they said would be here by 5 pm called them several times to see if still coming they called die the last time at 5 pm said that there person was on the way guess what it 12/25/2015 at 730 pm and I'm still waiting. Maybe it's just me but if u do business this way u don't deserve one,I would highly recommend not using this company.

I'm feeling VERY happy with DrainPro's service today! Last year, when my washer drain was clogged, I had a couple of freelance guys I'd gotten via Angie's List come out to unclog the drain. It was a miserable 3 hours watching those guys do everything but get the job done! DrainPro came this morning right on time--got the job efficiently (15 mins!) and professionally (e.g., dressed in uniform, very polite and respectful). The charge for this was very reasonable. It's hard to find good house repair help these days. Love DrainPro!

They arrived at the exact time he said he would. They were very efficient and friendly! Very knowledgable! Awesome service for a great price! I will call them again for sure!

Excellent, courteous, and professional service. Price charged was about 40% less than I previously paid on this same washing machine drain by a national sewer cleaning chain several years ago. I will not hesitate to call them again.

Fantastic!! I called at 10:23am, they were at my door by 10:30am, clogged sewer line was fixed by 11:22am. WOW! And... Price was very reasonable.

Drain Pro is a very professional company to work with. I work out of town, they worked me into their schedule on a very short notice. They solved my problem with my washer back up in a very short time! I was very pleased with the prompt, courteous service. I would recommend them to anyone before trying the more popular expensive companies, as I have before. Two thumbs up!!!

Rob and his crew got here when they said they would, which is always a big plus. They had the drain running smooth in less than 30 minutes. They explained the issue and told me exactly what they had done to fix it. I would definitely use this company again.

They were at my house in less than 30 minutes. Fixed the problem and explained it to me. I didn't feel taken advantage of (like I do when I see the mechanic). Will call them next time I need a plumber!

My tub got clogged, but I was fortunate to select Draino from the list of Plumbers in Tuscaloosa. The twins came out and got my tub flowing well. Thanks guys!
