        The Worst EVER!

        had two bad instances with bonander. With two different cars.

        The 1st car was a 2010 Lexus RX that was purchased brand new, after two weeks some kids scratched my car so i took it into bonander, after getting it fixed I decided to take it to a lexus delership. One of the lexus employees said that their 2 year old son can color better. They said I had been riped off. So then i took it to carmax and they confirmed what lexus said however they laughed and said "wow you wasted your money on them". THEIR PAINT IS CHEAP QUAITY, IT IS OBVIOUS THAT MY CAR WAS PAINTED. My 2nd car was a 8 yr old Civic, it was damged on the door and the front fender...They "repaired" it and when i drove home i noticed the door handle wasnt working. I have asked them about 10 times to fix it since they caused the problem but they make excuses everytime and still have not fixed it. Also one time i went in to the shop to ask why they were not returning my phone calls and the the bosses son went crazy on me, HE CALLED MY CAR A "Old a** car". After six years and knowing all the workers by name. They have lost my business because they have started using some cheap paint but the #1 reason is the owner didnt teach their son manners. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE!
