IAW did timing belt service on my sons 2007 Passat, great job at great price. I've also spoken to the owner before buying a used car and he was very helpful in telling me what to watch for and what I could expect in repairs. Great shop...

I have a 2001 Volvo V40 and I have had my car fixed at Import Autowerks. Great service and it was done in a timely fashion. The price was great too. I would definitely recommend using Import Autowerks.

I Would Recommend Import Autowerks

I have a 2008 bmw 328i, and my daughter has a 2003 bmw 325i. He has worked on both cars and did a good job for a fair price, and got them in a timely fashion. They are up front and nice people... They will get my business.

Find another shop to take your car to. The staff there are extremely rude and don't care what you have to say. I have taken 2 of my cars to him, him being the owner Ryan, to work on, and he would not work on either. He deemed my cars as fire hazards and parked them at the end of his parking lot. I proceeded to have a conversation with him about why he would not work on my car. He said a few choice things then he shut the door going into the shop, completely ignoring me. He is an extremely rude, stuck up person. The second time I took another one of my cars to him to work on. He didn't say a single word to me and wouldn't even look at me. I had to communicate with his friend that was there. I asked why they would not work on my car and his friend said that he didn't like my $2000 fuel setup and deemed it as a fire hazard, and becuase they didn't feel like it. He also has his girlfriend working at the front desk which is not a good thing to do in a business. No one at import auto works is a professional. It's just a closed group of friends working on their own time, not yours, so don't expect them to not give you a call telling you to come get your car because they don't feel like working on it.

The customer brought two cars to my shop one was a Volvo stationwagon that he thought was a racecar. He had removed all of the interior, and had added a ton of neon lights none of which were fused. Which is a fire hazard, the engine computer & transmission computer also were not bolted down as they should be. They were just sliding around under the hood. The other car that he brought to us was a 300zx twin turbo. The wiring that he had added was just as bad on this car. The fuel system that he had installed was just as bad, he didnt even use hose clamps or the correct high pressure fuel hose that was needed. I informed him that it was not safe, if a fuel leak occured it would cause an underhood fire and that it was not in my shops best interest to work on either one of his cars due to the work that he did to them. I did not want to be responsible for them. He is an 18 year old kid that evidently thinks that he knows everything. The friend that he is referring to is my employee.
