I would never rent another home from this company. They gouge you on the pet deposits and good luck on ever getting a human on the phone. Our lease expired in June and we wanted to sign a 6 month lease while our home was being built, they refused and raised our rent from $1,750 to $1,925 a month without giving us any notice. Then of course going back to the no human help side. I could not change my autopayment due to there system issues and they are charging me a late fee of $25.00 a day. I will make sure everyone is aware to stay away from renting homes through Oneprop Tulsa and my other Oneprop entities throughout the country!

If I could select -10 I would. They will take all of your deposit!!! Not matter of you are only there 2 months, because they will make up stuff to charge you to keep all of your money!! Never would I ever use them again. Horrible customer service, and they don't get back to you for over 15 days...

My best way of describing this leasing company is "borderline criminal". He (Mr. Abbott) will try and steal as much money from you as possible, you can clean the house and fix it to the tee it does not matter. If you have absolutely any other choice DO NOT go with these people, you will regret it. Document everything, take photos of every facet of the home at move in and at move out, I cleaned the house and went above and beyond and the crooks charged me 260 dollars for stuff they did not even do for me when I moved in. Mr. Abbott is the Mafia boss and he will get his dues from you. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Former renter. This company is the worst landlord I've ever dealt with. Maintenance requests were ignored every time. Getting a hold of anyone is nearly impossible. And the house we moved into was not clean, grass not mowed. Yet when had to move out early due to displacement for a job they would not let up at all on fees and rent. They forced us to use their cleaning services, in which the broad never showed up to clean prior to move out, I was required to mow the lawn(fine, no problem) but they didn't show up for almost a week later to see the property and told me the lawn looked terrible and was brown. It was drought, we were under water restrictions ans they don't pay my water bill. Now that we are out and told them everything that was wrong with the house prior to move out suddenly everything is our fault. If you need a leasing agency to find a place to rent, avoid this company as much as possible, they will nickel and dime you for everything! Terrible experience never would rent from them again. No customer service or professionalism. DO NOT USE!

From the renters standpoint- One Prop has been one of the most unprofessional, unorganized, shady business's I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Unfortunately, they took over the home I am renting and I believe I have had high blood pressure ever since. We started off on the wrong foot when our first rent check due to them was sent to the old management company. All of my original maintenance requests were ignored, although "Bob" claimed all of the paperwork and work orders were forwarded to him. Verbal concerns/complaints were ignored as well. From there came the constant threats of eviction, harassment, random charging of fees, refusal to accept rent payment (only would accept with before mentioned fees), and even disclosed my personal business to a customer of mine (I was withholding rent due to a hazardous maintenance request that was ignored- he found the work number on my application and called this customer stating that If I did not pay him he would begin the process of eviction). Multiple times we have come home and all the lights are on and doors unlocked, not the way it was left. My property manager is a big bully who has no business in this field. If I were One Prop I would not allow him to continue to taint my name.

I have also read several reviews from the home owners/investors stating the same- that "Bob" and One Prop are crooks! WOULD NOT REFER TO MY WORST ENEMY!
