I have made several purchases from Mathis Brothers and have always been satisfied. From start to finish everything has always been smooth even when we have loaded out everyone is so nice and helpful. I actually have two couches I purchased about 7 years ago and they still look wonderful even with boys bouncing, laying and eating and drinking on them and the mattress we bought is the most comfortable mattress I have ever had. Thank you for making my shopping experience easier and not a chore. I am one Lady who hates to shop, not so at your store. I need a new couch for my main living room and I will be there looking and I know I will find exactly what I am looking for.

The overall experience was outstanding until it got to the delivery. We purchased a new bed and we checked three times with our sales person if the delivery people would move our existing bed to another room. She said yes all three times. The delivery guys said they don't do that and mentioned the sales people always say that. Well, I told them I wouldn't accept the delivery and walked into the house. They changed their minds and moved the bed. When the guys were done and left my husband and I went around our new bed and picked up trash left from the instillation. Not a good experience. At least one of the guys spoke English, I don't speak Spanish.
There were so many sales associates everywhere that it was a little too much, almost felt like a car lot. I guess that is better than not being able to find anyone, but my wife and I just wanted to look without someone standing over us constantly. The sales associate that helped us was very friendly however, so that made it better. We were disappointed in the fact that we could not pay our bill online without a service charge. Mathis Brothers should be able to offer online bill pay without charging additional monies with the amount of volume that they do.
