If I would give them negative stars if possible. They advertised one thing then delivered something else. They then claimed that it was an advertising mistake and tried to convince us to keep what they delivered. After a couple of weeks they (Joel) finally relented and promised delivery of correct 3 piece leather furniture group. They didn’t deliver on the promised date - or the next 3 promised dates in subsequent weeks. I’d had enough and let them know that I would begin legal action if they didn’t deliver my furniture. Suddenly they were able to schedule another delivery date and brought 2 of the 3 pieces. I’m still trying to get the recliner.

Go somewhere else. Pay more if you have to. Shady operation.
