Can I give this company NO STARS!? I would really like to because they have consistently unreliable services, and I have given them more than a year to try to correct the problem. They appear to have a great website and if you have a missed trash pick up you can theoretically go on and request a missed trash pick up. But then they miss that too. And then the next week for your regular pick up day they dont come either! Before you know it you have a garage full of stinking trash and the operations manager doesn't call you back. The support staff that takes your call can't help you at all. They try to connect it to a supervisor and I literally waited on the phone for 40 minutes and never connected to anyone to help me. I have no choice but to cancel this company. They're worthless. I'm going to report them to the county supervisor and to the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your time with this company.

Very poor service. Low prices but at a cost. I called to resume service after a vacation leave and they cancelled my account. I ordered new service and was told that I would receive the cans in 7 days. That did not happened. I missed two weekly pickups because of no cans and when I called they had lost my order. Fortunately I had recorded the call on my phone. That, however, did not help. I now have to wait for 4 weeks to get a pick-up. I will have to take the trash to the landfill myself. Awful service.
