Perfection Auto knows there stuff. Cheaper isn't always better. If you want someone that actually knows your car take it to perfection if its just something simple take it somewhere else. cause you do have to wait sometimes but its well worth it to get your car fixed right they also clean it for you witch I think is awesome

Mike and his crew do great work. I've taken 3 vehicles to Perfection over the last few years, with work ranging from emissions to suspension, and have always been very satisfied. Mike stands behind his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Perfection!

Best Repair Shop in Tucson

Took my car to Perfection Auto Works for a big list of issues that 4 other local repair shops could not fix. Perfection Auto Works ROCKS !!! They fixed all the problems, gave me a great deal on the price of repairs, and did it in a timely manner. Mike Emery and his shop is clean, professional, and is no nonsense. You won't be disappointed ! Thanks again Perfection, I will let everyone know you guys are the best in Tucson ! Pete Williams

Stay clear of this shop. They will try to convince you to repair parts you don't need repaired or asked them to look at. The repair took 4x longer then promised and they justified the delay by telling me there so busy because everyone wants there care repaired by them. What a total and complete lie.

Poor service, dishonest unethical owner. STAY CLEAR OF THEM.

I cannot begin to express how ...

I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for Mike and the guys at Perfection Auto Works. I'm a young woman with little interest in cars, so it's pretty easy to screw me over when it comes to maintenance on my vehicle. I pay no more for an oil change here than I would at Brake Masters or Fletchers, where they screw me over and manipulate me into paying for extra costly repairs that don't do jack. I will never take my cars anywhere else. When the guys did over $2500 in work to my '98 Volkswagen, Mike pulled out a box with all the old parts that they took from my car and explained why they needed to be replaced. WOW!!! The man takes care of my car as if I were his own daughter he was looking out for.

Bad job

I regret taking my Ford truck to Perfection Auto works. They took a long time (weeks!), took a a lot of money ($2000), claimed they had fixed the problem (overheating), but in fact did not solve it....the problem persists, and they got angry with me for claiming the problem was still there. I am still shaking my head over their incompetence.

Beware of Service!

After waiting two weeks for an appointment, I recently brought my 2002, Saab 93 in to replace a temperature sensor. When I called them late in the afternoon the same day, they hadn’t started on it. I indicated that I needed it the same day, as it was my primary means of transportation. When I arrived, I discovered that they also replaced the oil pressure sending unit. The total was $460.00.

Within a few days after this, the problem with the temperature sensor reappeared. I decided to wait on having this looked at because it wasn't causing me any serious problems. Unfortunately, a month later, I began to get an oil leak. At first it wasn't too bad, but within a few days it became significant, so I called Perfection to get it in for repair. I was told that the first appointment would be three (3) weeks away. In addition, they felt that their work was done properly and that it must be a new issue. Since I believed otherwise, I decided to have the vehicle towed to their shop. They said that the only way they could look at it earlier would be if they got a cancellation. I gave them an entire week, but finally called to let them know I was going to have it towed over to the Saab dealer. I asked them to prepare the bill for the original tow, as I would be in right after work. When I arrived, low and behold, the car was up on the lift being worked on. Wonder of wonders, they discovered that the oil pressure sending unit was loose and leaking. They gave the excuse that it was in a hard-to-get-to area. So they just had to tighten it. No charge, since it was warranty work. However, they still charged me for the towing ($47), and I had a rental car charge ($150) for the week. It’s been several weeks, and I still have no offer to cover these items. Fortunately, the oil leak has not reappeared, so I won’t have to go back. I certainly won’t have them look at the temperature sensor issue, which is still failing.
