        I have been a customer of Goettl for 5+ years...at my recent ac maintenance, the rep told us we had $1700 of repairs despite that the house passed inspections in September when bouth and no issues were noted at the winter check. When AHS did their own inspection, only a few repairs were needed with a cost $75.00. With the Sunny Plumber portion through Goettl, 5 years ago I installed a water filter system which Goettl took over the care. Over 5 years, the halo canisters busted under pressure FOUR times spraying water all over and had flooded into the house because we weren't there. Each time Goettl would inspect and repair with the pressure meter inside in the red but outside would be okay, so they would say it was a faulty gauge but never changed it. After 5 years, after the 4th time of it busting they FINALLY realized a regulator was on the wrong pipe controlling the pressure from the system to the house but not from the waterline to the system like it should have been 5 YEARS AGO!
