I hired this company to do a survey for me on my property, I was given a quote, and a time frame of a couple of wks. The first appt. got moved we finally get out there and was told after about 3 hrs that another trip would have to be made, ok can not get pins exact. It took nearly 2 wks for the second trip to take place after I called a wk after the 1st trip and explained that I had people waiting to get started on clearing and fencing and needed this done right away, I was told fine ok, he the surveyor finally went out the next wk and completed the job, the pins where put in the same place as the first trip, called said he was done and I would have my paperwork, a week later he calls and said that he was finally done and wanted to be paid, right then, said my car is down in the shop I can not do it right now, do not have a car and I need to get to the bank first, he was upset threatened to put a lien on my property because I was upset at how long it took him to complete the survey, never said I would not pay, said I was unhappy with his service and the time frame it took, I explained that I had people lined up to get started on other projects needed him to finish first, I lost one company had to find another, and had to push my other projects back, now I understand that things happen, the problem is that the surveyor never said that it would take nearly a month to complete, started on 8/1/17, completed on 8/29/17 and on top of it I paid top dollar to have this property surveyed. If you are not in a hurry and do not mind waiting for your survey no matter how long it takes that go for it, but if you have a time frame and need it done by a certain time go with another company that can do that for you.
