enlisted Lada to replace worn sections of cedar lap siding on the south-facing side of my 1922 house, in addition to installing new flashing at the roof line, windows, etc. Despite receiving several project bids, Lada, though not the most budget-friendly, appeared to be the most capable of executing the job thoroughly. The final outcome is impressive, and I am particularly pleased with the craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Furthermore, the crew was friendly, and Lada demonstrated better organization and communication compared to other home repair businesses/contractors I have dealt with. The entire process, from start to finish, took just three days, including painting, making it a stress-free experience.
