WE called with a window issue and one hour later Mike Trahan came within an hour and fixed our problem. We buy our windows from Quality Glass because the service is exceptional and the people are very nice. You can't ask for more. The prices are under all the other major vendors in the area. Thank you. absolutely horrible..the owner came to my home to give me a quote on replacing a window.i was forced to pay $55 in cash before he would give me the quote...i received the quote 4 days later via a message left on my voicemail...i called back immediately to accept the quote.."karen" took the message..i had to call an additional 4 times because the owner would not return my calls..finally i called a final time and spoke to "karen" again..she was unbelievabley rude..she told me that she never took any messages from me..even though she had identified herself as karen on previous phone calls..i told her that i wanted my $55 refunded because i no longer had confidence in quality glass based on her rudeness and the owners refusal to return my calls..i told her that i would be leaving a negative review for quality glass online.. she said my $55 would not be refunded and threatened to call the police if i left a negative review
I needed a piece of glass for a photo frame that was oddly shaped. After visiting chain craft shops and wanting to cry at the price of the glass, I called Quality Glass in Troy. They were about a 1/4 of the price of others and had it available for me within an hour. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well!
Good glass company out here. They have nice products and also help out with repairs.
Quality Glass helped me out in replacing window screens and efficiency windows which look great now.

Very fast, very friendly. My rear view mirror fell off my windshield and was dangling from the roof. They glued it back in place in 5 minutes, no charge. Absolutely made my day. Thank you!
