        Overall

        Absolutely avoid. Horrible communication. Called them to schedule a small rewiring task. The lady asked me for all my information and said they'd get back to me on the schedule. Got a text message later from Jeff, saying they could schedule me in. Then...



        Nothing. For 3 weeks. Nothing.



        Called back and apparently they had my name, but couldn't find my information (which was apparently why they never contacted me). Gave them all the info again and waited another week without response. At this point they can't use the lost info excuse again and I am fed up and moving to another service.



        Absolutely avoid this company!
