Not to many honest mechanics left out there, however Erickson's are one of the few left out there. Honest dependable and down right good people in whom i will now only take my vehicles to.. Thank YOU Jeff and Zack and like i said only garage I'm taking my vehicles to, also gonna pass it around by word of mouth cause that's the best advertising! 100% trustworthy garage!

Great service! Thanks a lot for a job well done at a great price. I really liked the straight forward no nonsense approach to letting me know what was needed for my vehicle. I do most repairs on my vehicle myself. However, with a hectic schedule time does not always allow me to be able to perform my own repairs like I have been able to in the past. I will definitely recommend Jeff and his team if someone asks me for a place to get their car vehicle worked on.

As a mechanic, they are fine. Customer service, however, is majorly lacking. Not only were we not kept informed about our vehicle, but they repaired it before calling us to let us know what the issue is and getting a "go ahead." My husband is a mechanic and specifically asked them to let us know the issue before repairing, as it is often cheaper to do himself. When the owner called to inform us the car was repaired, my husband questioned him as to why he didn't call before fixing it. The owner then went on to swear at him, calling him a "dope smoking alcoholic kid with no money." I am APPALED. We have never been spoken to in that manner, not to mention all of those statements were untrue! We immediately picked up the car and will never be back.
