All In One Plumbing & Heating

I originally contacted this company because they have the lowest service call rates in Traverse City. They replaced a part on my furnace and had it back up and running $70 later. Two days later, the furnace stopped working again. Then they said it was the control panel, and would have to wait until Monday (two days) to get the part because the specialty warehouse wasn't open on the weekends.



Monday rolls around and they call saying the part isn't made anymore and they are out of stock, so a new furnace will need to be purchased for around $3000. I called the Lennox dealer in town, and guess what, they have the part! Seems to me like All In One is trying to cheat me out of money big time by getting me to buy a new furnace when I don't need to!
