Overall

I've been an emergency room admission and a hospital ward guest here a few times the last five years; they do an outstanding job and the have some great staff...

Overall

Pick somewhere else for your PT . I've been here for two separate injuries. The first time for a back injury and the second time for a foot injury.

The back injury treatment involved traction. I was placed in it and left alone. Despite my cries to be released due to sudden intense pain, no one came for more than 8 mins. After several treatments that left me in more pain than I started with, I just stopped and recovered on my own.

The most recent injury was right before they put up the privacy windows in the reception area. (Great idea, just a little late) My first appointment was for 10 am. I arrive exactly on time. While waiting, a male receptionist spoke my last name to someone, so I began paying attention. He continued to complain that " if these new patients can't get here on time to complete the paperwork, they will have to be rescheduled, they mess up up the schedule." I was shocked, as I was the only patient waiting , he was clearly referring to me! If he wanted me there at 9:45, he should have scheduled my appt. then, and I would have had a chance to say yes or no to that time. Don't tell me to be there at 10 and then expect me there at another time. I've got a schedule too. I voiced my shock to the therapist who profusely apologized. The next problem was with a lack of continuity of care.. The next 3 visits, a new therapist would come in and ask how my ankle was doing?! What?! I'm here for my heel. Don't they know what they are treating me for before they come in? Read the chart and learn to respect your patients. Again, I stopped treatment early to transfer my care to another facility.
