Very negative experience with this company. Frank and Greg were contracted by the property management company for the condo I own to fix leaks in my roof, did not take into consideration I was on the executive board or was the one paying for the work. They showed up multiple times unannounced to my home or with only 20 minutes notice. After their first visit, I didn't hear back for almost month. After inquiring about the progress of my assessment they told me they "forgot" about my roof and would need to visit my home again. After assessing my roof they told me the roof was in bad shape and could caulk it but it would be a temporary fix until the roof could be repaired. I advised I did not want a temporary fix and wanted the roof properly repaired. They proceeded to tell the Property manager the roof was fine and caulking the roof would fix the problem. Against my wishes, they proceeded to make poor repairs on my roof, not providing a written assessment or price until the work was finished. Their vague assessment did not provide dates they were at the property or specific work that was done to account for the charges. Very dishonest, Very unreliable
