Legalnet Attorney Services

DON'T use Legalnet. Their service has deteriorated to the point where they don't return calls, they are unbelievably slow, and very unresponsive to the legal needs of my firm. Getting a proof of service, for example, takes weeks and no one at the office seems to know when it will be delivered. NO MORE!

Do not, I repeat, do not use this company. Half the time they don't answer their phone, and the other half the man who answers is always rude. That is not even their biggest problem. If they serve someone, it takes them 2-4 weeks to do the Proof of Service, (normal companies have the Proofs done and to our office 1-2 days after service). This 2-4 week delay caused us to go to countless OSC's that we shouldn't of had to go to, which wasted not only our attorneys' time, but money as well. We had been using LegalNet for almost 15 years, but since the new owner took over, it is obvious that he cannot handle the work load and they have fallen behind on all of their work, and as a result, lost us as a client. We have a new attorney service now, and have not been happier. Use this company at your own risk. The owner is a nice man but he is full of unfulfilled promises and excuses, but that's about it.
