Every season they have a "special," let me guess...one month free if you sign a year lease. They will then write a 13 month lease because you WILL pay for a year regardless. They fail to fix real issues like faulty heat/ac systems. Mold from leaks is covered and it comes back. Instead they have maintenance running around making the place superficially pretty to distract you from what really matters. The owner is heartless when approached with real problems and will disregard you because he has your signature on that paper and it is a well written lease with no room for humanity. Theft is also extremely common. My car has been broken into twice in less than a year.

They changed the locks to "fix" the basement storage theft but no cameras so cars are still free game and let's be real so is your "free, extra" basement storage. Save yourself, just don't rent here. They refuse to reduce rent for these issues. Money is all that matters to Auggie the owner. His lack of actions prove that
