After such great service from Lower last year on our a/c unit, I thought I'd try them again on a water heater that had gone out and needed to be replaced. After some discussion, they recommended that I upgrade to a 50 gal tank in my home versus the 40 gal tank we had. They asked questions about the size of my home and family and then gave us a great price to do the upgrade. I have to say we are thrilled. In the past we always seemed to run out of hot water, now it seems to last forever in comparison. Thanks again guys for listening to our needs and delivering. Can't say enough about the service from these guys! You are our go to now and the ones we will always recommend.

Had a condenser fan motor and capacitor replaced. 1 hour 15 minutes, very good timing. Sent out another technician when my original one got behind. Great customer service and very polite staff. I would tell anyone needing HVAC work to use Lowers. Thanks again.
