Enchanted Smiles

I was visiting from Texas and had a cap from one of my teeth come out. In addition I had inflammation and requested that it be addressed as well. I went to her office and after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. She told me she nor I could reglue teh tooth and said why would I want n implant since I did not take care of my current teeth which was VERY rude and unprofessional She said false teeth were the only way to go. In addition she said because I did not have an abcess there was nothing she could do for my inflammation/infected tooth.



She spent all of about 2 minutes with me including one very poor attempt to reglue my tooth and then said the statements I made above and then told her secretary to charge me $70.00 which in shock I paid. In any event it was the worst dental office experience I have ever had. I am not sure whether she was having a bad day or what but it was uncalled for.



I scheduled an appointment with a different dentist the following day who successfully reglued my tooth. (recemented actually) and also prescribed an ant bitic which he said I really needed badly. I am going bacak in a couple weeks to finish what is needed for my teeth. Again I never write these kind of reviews but felt compelled to this time due to this "Dr's" lack of professionalism. I also plan to report her to the appropriate boards as if she did this to me I wonder who else has she done this to and how many more will be exposed to rip=off dentistry work"

Was more than pleased with my treatment from Dr Stephanie and her staff. Very nice office and atmosphere. I would highly recommend them!
