So, 1) This business shows no ...

So, 1) This business shows no care for customer's experience -- let people keep waiting and waiting under the killing sun burn by the water in a 90+ hot air without any proactive explanation or showing any apology about that. 2) The employees are not professional but personal, we kept getting ignored when we asking some technical questions regarding operating the jet. I am not sure if they were under the influence of our earlier complaint. 3) Showed no respect to customer's complaint. Responded extremely rude and offensive -- called customer's complaint and questioning as 'telling him how to run his business', pointed his finger right into customer's face, kicked customers out of his services because of their complaint with words "get your money back and you won't go" ... 4) Suspiciously treats customers with discrimination -- we are Asians -- after we waited for over up to 30 minutes in the sun burn for the managers 'group-up' policy. Two couples of local people, white Americans I mean, came in and they did not need to wait to 'group-up' and went on board immediately once they finished all their paper work and instructional video. And we noticed they got a relatively very nice service from the manager and employees -- they explained things in every polite way, they never pointed a finger into their face, and they instructed them operating the jet in a very patient way ... You know what I am talking about. And of course I cannot prove that -- no one would admit they give you a 2nd degree treat because you are different, am I right? -- but you can just feel that!! If you want to experience all of these terrible terrible thing, try it It happened on Saturday, Jun 30, 2012 We went there for the half-hour waverunner rental services. Below was what happened there: 1) we paid the half-hour rental for two jet skies, signed all the paperworks, finished the pre-flying safety and operation instruction video, then ready to go. The manager let us wait by the floating dock for around 10 minutes, in the killing sunshine with 94F hot air. An employee direct of to the loading dock, right about to be on board to go. Then he let us get off the dock after he got a call from his walkie talkie. He explained that we cannot start because there were two other jet skies running on the river so it is not safe. So we had to wait until all those 2 jets returned, which was kind of disappointing but we understand it for the safety. 2) Then we waited under the sun burn for another 5 minutes till all jets came back. You know what, we still could not go because the manager had taken another jet ski rental therefor we have to wait for them finishing all the pre-flying work. The manager's explanation was we have to go out as a group because he thought we came in as a group -- but we already told him that we DID NOT want to go as a group, we want to board and go separately. If it is his policy that all the jets have to go out together as a single group, why did he let two of us go to board earlier? 3) The worst was, after another 10 minutes waiting, when we complained to him and clearly addressed that we DID NOT want to go as a group, he still refused to let us go even separately. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. He interpreted customer's complaint as "telling him how to run his business". We just want to know when could we go out for fun and did not want to wait to make a group. And when we complained again, he lost his temper and said "Get your money back. I won't let you go" with his finger pointing right on my nose -- refuse to provide the service because customer's complaint -- this was how he ran his business!! We feel extremely offended and insulted by his attitude!!
