Terrible service. They weren't expecting me even though I had appointment. Had to wait to long. Stylist didn't listen to what I was saying I wanted even though I had detailed pictures. Asked her not to bleach my ends, as they were already the correct color. She did it anyway and completely wrecked them. Said I wanted ashy/grey toned platinum, and she did root-to-end highlights. I asked her not to go to the scalp for a shadow root effect and, you guessed it, she went all the way to the scalp. I left with a fried brassy highlighted mess. I was charged $10 for a service I didn't ask for, nor did I receive. In all I paid $140 for her to wreck my hair. It's costing me more now to have it re-done. Don't put yourself through this nightmare. Very unprofessional,and I know more about hair coloring than these people do!

When I came in the door one stylist was on the phone with the manager very loudly discussing how another customer had complained about her color and wanted it redone for free. She was blaming the issues on the customer saying that she must have lied about the brand of shampoo she uses at home. It was unprofessional to have this conversation on the floor.



I had a cut and color done on my own hair. The cut was good but the color was supposed to be a light brown. It's more of a light orange. It reacted the same way a box of home color reacts on my hair not what I've ever gotten from a salon color.



While I was in there the two stylists that were there were complaining, using inappropriate language and talking badly about another stylist who had been disciplined because of her appearance when she came to work.



I was there a while so I saw several customers come and go. After each one left the two stylist made fun of how they were dressed, what their makeup looked like, and even went as far as to talk about a customer’s sexual orientation.



It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable for a customer to have to sit through.
