Can't thank Michelle Fairchild enough for assiting us in locating beautiful lace table overlays with matching gold rimmed china plates and accessories. The HGI looked magnificient and we could haven't done it without Michelle, and the Meredith rental staff. As a participant in the annual Fellowship Tea held by several Baptist churches here in Toledo, Ohio, our group has been using Meredith Party Rental services for the last 2 years. The staff has been nothing but courteous and helpful as they have given many ideas for table settings and colors to choose from. The young ladies working even gave information on where we could find the lamb shaped butter after the Easter season was over. Meredith Party Rentals is Toledo's premier event rental company. As an event coordinator that specializes in tent weddings and events, having clean, seasonally new inventory is very important. I have never had a Meredith Party Rentals tent that wasn't clean or free of holes and wear. When attending events, I know immediately who's tent and rentals are on site simply because of the care and excellent condition their items are in.

Additionally they take great attention to detail in making sure rental items will fit properly and securely by measuring and doing on-site inspections. Their staff is kind and hospitable, readily able to accommodate.

Toledo Botanical Garden has been working with Meredith Party Rentals for over 10 years. We use them for over 70 events a year and they have been the easiest vendor to work with. Our grounds are very sensitive and they have always respected that and have kindly worked with us to preserve our turf. We have encountered some tough circumstances with weather and they have always gone above and beyond to rectify the situation. The folks who work there are friendly and polite - from the office staff to maintenance crew. I would highly recommend them for any wedding, graduation, party, etc. Michelle and Kim are wonderful!
