Sexual Harassment
Over the last several years, I have defended multiple cases where there has been an alleged relationship between a superior and a subordinate. All of these cases have ended in a sexual harassment claim. I have heard allegations by the subordinate that they felt forced into the relationship by the superior. Also, that if the relationship initially was consensual that it later became non-consensual and they felt pressured to stay in the relationship because of the superior. In one case, after an initial consensual relationship, it ceased and the subordinate believed that the superior treated them poorly, treated them unfairly and prevented them from having the opportunity for advancement.

Real Estate Litigation
Mr. Miller joined our firm as a shareholder in 2013. Mr. Miller’s practice includes extensive work in small-to-medium sized business representation and commercial law, including a significant representation in real-estate matters. He has represented a diverse selection of businesses and has extensive experience with the formation of for-profit and non-profit corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Mr. Miller is also familiar with entity operations such as entity and governance matters, employment law, commercial law, UCC and contract drafting negotiation and similar matters encountered on a day-to-day basis. Prior practice in bankruptcy and civil litigation enhance these areas of practice. Construction Litigation
Mr. Trimble has been a partner then shareholder at our firm since 1996. Mark’s practice focuses on litigation which includes insurance defense, products liability, business matters and construction disputes. He has a very active trial practice in which he has tried over 175 jury trials. At one point, he won 72 consecutive jury trials. He has won over 95% of his jury trials. Mark has fostered an aggressive approach to trial preparation by developing a mutually agreed to strategy with each client for each case. This success has been achieved while attempting to minimize the cost to the client.

Property Damage
I went to work for Cleveland’s largest maritime law firm. I worked on admiralty cases on the Great Lakes and other locations. I handled cases involving seamen, longshoremen, pilots, passengers, cargo, collisions, allisions, and other marine personal injury and property damage cases. I became a partner in the firm and was transferred to the firm’s Chicago office, where I handled cases involving marine causalities on Lake Michigan and Inland rivers. I am admitted to the Illinois Bar.

Estate Planning
Mr. Cron has practiced exclusively in the business and estate planning areas of law for the majority of his legal career. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph's College, a J.D. from the University of Toledo, and an LLM in taxation from Wayne State University. In 1999, Mr. Cron was licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Mr. Cron is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United State Court of Appeals for the Sixth District, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Wills
In conjunction with his business representation, Mr. Cron has actively assisted individuals in their estate planning needs. His experience includes estate planning documents for clients requiring basic estate plans to those requiring complex asset management for long term as well as for succession planning for family businesses owners. He has also been active in the planning for the charitable bequest of his clients. He has participated in litigation concerning will contests and interpretation of ambiguities in Trust documents.
