I saw Dr Jensen during my prenatal care and liked her OK for the most part, although her staff was somewhat unfriendly.



A few weeks before my child was born I called her because I was having intense back pains. I was afraid and since it was my first labor I didn't know what was going on. She was very rude and dismissive, saying "what would you normally do?" I was looking to her to tell me if I was experiencing anything unusual and reassure me. It wasn't the pain was too much to bare, I didn't know what it meant and I wanted her to explain it to me.



The day I had my child the nurses said they had spoke to her on the phone and she said that since I had an epidural, I should start pushing and they should call her once I gained control on my muscles. After no more than 15 minutes, the nurse yelled, "stop" and ran out of the room.



When she returned she said that the Doctor was coming now and would be there in about half an hour. When my child was born the Apgar scores were very low. I don't know that it was healthy for my child to wait to be born. I now feel I should have insisted that another doctor come since mine wasn't available just then.



I wouldn't choose to use her again.
