I don't know if it's Management or the store's associates but I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from this place again! My husband and I went in shopping for a wall oven. The sales associate told us that they didn't have one with our specific measurements in stock in store but could check the inventory. She took us to the computers up front, then proceeded to basically check the website. This is something we could've done at home, but we were there now, so we went along with it thinking perhaps, she knew something we did not. We found an oven and she set up the purchase which she assured us included delivery and installation. Lo and behold, she never included installation. The delivery service that they used also confirmed the product would be installed upon delivery....it was not. So, now we sit...with a 51 inch tall wall oven bubble/foam-wrapped smack dab in the middle of our living room for 3 days now and counting! I've called the store everyday and keep getting a different story as to why they are not at fault and how they don't know what the sales associate did wrong, nor why she lied and said she'd included installation. I really don't care at this point, I just want this monstrosity out of my living room and installed in the cabinet space in my kitchen! The installer the actual store referred me to continues to give me the run around stating he has to schedule it and call me back...I guess that will happen before my unborn child graduates college!



No offers for any compensation for this error...not even a sincere apology! You would think they would at least attempt to expedite the installation since it is their fault. Absolutely ridiculous!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! THE SALES PERSON WHO HELPED ME WITH MY SALE GAVE ME THE "SALE ENDS TODAY" AND "ONLY IF YOU PURCHASE TODAY" PITCH. IT WORKED, SINCE I MADE A LARGE PURCHASE. I ONLY MADE THE PURCHASE BECAUSE SHE ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A 12 MONTH INTERESTS FREE LOAN. WELL GUESS WHAT? THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. I WENT TO THIS LOCATION 2 SEPARATE TIMES TO QUESTION THE 12 MONTH INTERESTS FREE PROMOTION. 2 DIFFERENT MANAGERS ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD BE FINE AND THAT THE RECEIPT I HAD SHOWED WRONG INFORMATION. NOW I RECEIVE MY NEW STATEMENT WITH 24% INTEREST ON IT. WHEN CALLING INTO THE CC COMPANY THEY JUST APOLOGIZED AND SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. MORAL OF THE STORY...DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU, JUST TO GET THE SALE!
