Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer many options and are not pushing us to buy. Great follow up care and maintenance.

I purchased my hearing aid in Va and paid a premium price. Unfortunately I didn't get all of the information to assist in my first time hearing aid adventure. I was disappointed with the results. I contacted my hearing aid producer and they suggested I visit John Hayden. He was super. He spent time with me to check out my hearing problems, explain what was wrong and corrected the setting. I was extremely pleased with him and he is now my audiologist of choice.
