After 3 cars bought from here we have never had any problems, Javier was our salesman and also has been very helpful, we had a battery go dead on us on a Sunday and when I called his cell phone he came down to us on his personal time and helped us, Today Monday he told me to come by the dealer because he had bought us a new battery. Purchased a Maxima From Texas Best Pre Owned, Clay B was our Sales rep. He was very kind, professional and helpful through the entire process, fastest I've ever purchased a vehicle we got there at 2:20/2:30 PM and about 45 minutes later we were driving out in the vehicle, monthly payment was very fair and Down Payment was exactly what we talked about on phone!! He was even able to get us an Unlimited mileage extended service contract! So now we have piece of mind while our 16 year old is driving the vehicle!
