Septic Solutions Inc

This company absolutely does not like to be asked questions regarding the work that their performing for the customer.
Just before Septic Solutions was going to perform the installation of the septic drain lines, my fiance was asking them a few questions about the installation. Immediately the owners brother replied that he wasn't going to do the job for us and left. Take my advice, do not hire Septic Solutions for any of your problems. Call Bobby Reid instead.

If I could give this company a 0 or a negative rating, I would. My mother scheduled an appointment with Septic Solutions, Inc (SS). earlier this month. We got back home and SS was already in our yard, digging the hole to start services without our permission.

Moving forward, I step outside when I hear my mother talking to the owner about them not being able to turn the water (on the outside of the house) off; which at this point was spouting out of the faucet. Keep in mind, the faucet was fine before hand.

The owner came inside to find the valve to turn the water off, but had no luck; so he asked for a water hose to stop the water. I told him it was a temporary solution, but the faucet still needed to be repaired or we could renegotiate the price of the services if we had to pay to get it repaired ourselves.

Long story short, he undid the job; which was already done before he broke the handle and became irate. So much so that I had to call the cops to deescalate the situation, because he was fussing at me and telling my mother to tell me to shut my mouth...the guy had serious accountability issues and no conflict resolution skills.

We ended up going with the Pink Plumber who not only had better customer service, but did the job for half the price too!! Plus, the Pink Plumber dug two holes and cleared out two tanks, where as; SS only dug one hole the day before and would've ripped us off!
