I received a flier for Ace Air in the mail from Money Mailer. I called and made an appointment the people were very nice. They said that alone would be at the house between 10:00 and 1:00. At 5:00 I called and asked where they were. They said the gentleman had emergency heating and air conditioning repair and would not make it to the house today. They guaranteed the gentleman would be at the house first appointment between 8:00 and 8:30 the following morning. At 10:00 I called and canceled the appointment because the gentleman still had not showed. At 11:00 the gentleman called me and wanted to know if I still wanted the service. I asked what time could he be here. He replied, look here I have a big company do what the service or not. I said no and hung up the phone. I just wanted to do simple buisness. the least they could have done was let me know they weren't going to show.
