RAM Home Warranty

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DONT USE RAM HOME WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have only been in my home 2 months and have had some major repairs that needed to be done. The first was a leak in the wall, the problem is we had no idea where it was coming from and the company that came out told my husband they dont find the problem they only fix it unless we wanted to pay $180 ! So my husband had to saw the wall open and found the leak. They fixed the leak and left the wall from outside to inside wide open and said they dont repair the hole!. Now thiis past weekend our pump stopped working on the pool which is a covered item, but of course their tryong to find away around paying for it even though our warranty was the deluxe warranty. They sent the person they chose to send from a pool company and he gave them a quote of $700 now all of a sudden they said they found a person that could do it for 312 but guess what they wanted to just send me a check and not the person to fix it??? Sounds suspisious doesnt it. So I told them to send there 300 person out to fix and they are refusing. This is the worst company ever!!!





I heard First american Home warranty is the best but its to late to switch.

These people do not stand by their warranty. DO NOT USE THEM!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!.
