Dancers Studio

This is the worst photography experience and customer service I have ever experienced I am disgusted beyond belief over a year later going to be 2 years and i have not received the wedding video I paid for

Been 1 year since our wedding. Still have no received video or contact by Brian. About to get in contact with the Better Business Bureau.

I found the Dancers Studio at a bridal show in Butler PA. I was excited to come home and share what I thought was going to be a great find with my future husband. Brian does have great prices for his photography and dj services, which is what I was looking for with our up-coming wedding, After much deliberation between the two of us, we decided to book the Dancers Studio for our wedding. When we went to the studio to go over and sign the contract, Brian, who I assume is the owner, had a puzzled look on his face. He had forgotten about our appointment which we had confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance. A few weeks later we went to have our engagement photos taken at a local park, when we asked when we would have just a cd of the photos back, he told us 8-10 days. This is where the trouble really begins, We never got our photos until about 3 1/2 weeks after the shoot. When we did get them, to our HORROR there were other bridal parties in the back ground of our photos! Not all of them had the bridal parties, there were also random people, or the photos were blurry. I also asked for a copyright release from Brian, so we could print pictures out, and never recieved one. This was asked of multiple times. When we attempt to contact Brian, it takes days for him to contact us back. In our opinion, we would not reccomend to anyone, and unfortunately, we have had to find new people for our wedding.
