Terry's RV provided excellent service when I took our motorhome on it's maiden voyage and turned out the A/C didn't cool. it was a nightmare in 100+ degree summer weather. Kim provided great customer service by working with the warranty and providing me updates every other day or so. I could tell she really cared about the situation I was in with my two young children and she stayed on top of it. Unfortunately we didn't get the warranty replacement in time for our vacation but we had somewhere cool to stay with family. I just really appreciated Kim's diligence and Terry's professionalism!

Mr. Hobgood, I apologize that we could not be more accommodating of your needs. We try to work with our customers and provide them good service, in as reasonable time as possible, at a good price. We are sorry that the forecast was calling for rain and every bay that I can fit our RV/ campers in is currently preoccupied with bigger jobs that are not yet finished. In this business some things take more time than others. We have campers that we are repairing leaks and redoing the interior from water damage, that need that place inside. So again I apologize that we could not live up to your expectations, and that due to the weather and circumstances we were unable to prove ourselves to you. If there is any way we can help you in the future please let us know.

A lady by the name of Esther made a reservation for Monday March 28. It appears they do not have the facilities to fix RV motor homes properly and she treats customers with no respect. I recommend that NO-ONE have any work done at this repair service. It is a mom and pop business with no support staff.
