        AWFUL!!! DISHONEST!!!

        I had the worst experience I have ever had with any type of service on my car at a this Tires Plus. When I took my car in today to get new tires they took 3 hours when they said it would take 1.5 hours max. I saw my car come around then immediately return to the shop. I asked if there was a problem and they said no, only that they forgot to write down some numbers off the tire. Over 30 minutes later they revealed they had put the window down and could not get it back up (My driver side window has not opened for several months now. They were probably trying to rig it without me knowing it had even been broken further). So I asked them to at least fix to the point that it would stay up as it had before. Within two hours of leaving it had already fallen, leaving it half-way down. I called and they refused to repair the damage they had done, offering instead to "cover it with plastic and duct tape". I am taking the car across country in two days. All I asked was that it at least be repaired back to the state it was before I brought it in. On top of that, the employees were rude and unapologetic. Also while I was waiting, I heard at least one other customer come in who was having problems with an alignment they had done on his car and this is after they had already attempted once to repair the botched job. What a disappointing experience all around.
