I am convinced these people are scam artist just taking peoples money please be cautious with this maid service.

Wonderful job in my home today. Found them online and made a good selection. My house has never been cleaner! My mother is coming to visit and she's going to be pleased that everything is sparkling. Very very happy customer!!!

Called several services before I decided on MaidPro. The entire process was really professional - what a surprise... Anyway, I live in Thailand and arranged the service for my parents in Tampa. Everything was done via email and service was performed yesterday. My parents are so happy and their home is very clean. I had my sister go over to check (she lives nearby) and said she was going to call MaidPro to clean her home! And - they gave us a discount for the referral. Love that! So happy that this was a great buying decision.

Had service this weekend. Everything went as I was told and I'm very happy with the cleaning. Will use this group again.

I've used Maidpro for the last few years, and they ALWAYS provide excellent service! Always punctual, polite, and responsive to any special needs that I always seem to have. They have a key - which is so convenient because I'm never around for the service. But when I get home on Friday, I can rest assured that my house is clean for the weekend. If I have last minute guest showing up, I just send them an email and they fit me in or work around my schedule. I always leave a list of specifics, and they take care of them. Never a surprise with the fee, and they always call to ensure that I am satisfied. They are extremely easy to work with and fit seamlessly into my schedule. Thanks Maidpro!

MaidPro has cleaned my home for the last 7 years. I don't believe in perfection but they get pretty close to it! If I even have any concerns, the General Manager, Julie, is terrific to work with. I've referred them to most of my family and friends. Good company, great service, highly recommended.

Needed a great gift for my wife for our anniversary. Looked up MaidPro, after many friends telling what a wonderful company it is. I called and talked to the most professional staff, who helped with all my questions and worries of hiring a "maid" service. The staff offered a gift certificate which was awesome, and ready for pick up when I arrived. When my wife finally decided to use gift. MaidPro office fit us in on short notice, and when the ladies arrived they where within the window they gave, very friendly, didn't have to tell them much about my home, they got right to work even cleaned areas of our home we had forgotten all about, my bathrooms had never been so clean. and even gave a few friendly tips on how to keep it up. We would most definitely use them again in the future, and recommend MaidPro to anyone looking for a affordable, friendly, and efficient company.

I had never used a service prior to this, only individuals offering cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised. The ladies arrived on time and were efficient and thorough in getting right to it. They exceeded my expectations in how quickly they were able to produce a very clean house. They asked questions and wanted to be sure it was done my way. I will use them again.

MaidPro does a terrific job for me!

Smooth as silk. I was in a panic - another maid service didn't show for my move out service. I called MaidPro and they came out that afternoon! Whew! Not only that - they were cheaper than 'the other guys' and my house was left spotless. I'm relieved and grateful!

Loved it! They saved the day! Family coming in at last minutes - called MaidPro - and my house was sparkling when they arrived. Very happy and would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company. Everything went very smooth. The communication with the company was very good and the service itself ... outstanding. I have signed-up for service every other week. I'm still amazed at how nice my home looks. Looking forward to a nice weekend - not cleaning!
