Do not use this company. They are late and careless. Driver got into an accident during one of our trips (with minors on the bus). When the manager was notfified, he did not apologize, he did not ask if everyone was alright, he did not offer a refund for his driver being late and making us over an hour late for our trip. His only response was, “My driver is new, his GPS was old, I don’t know what you want me to do.” Unacceptable. Horrible customer service. Wish I could give no stars.
