They are the BEST!.

Global used truck sales es altamente recomendable.

Excellent Customer Service. Brian was very flexible and very responsive to my emails and my calls. I bought a Freightliner and an International without seeing them and both trucks were as described. No surprises. Would do business again. Very pleased.

Lots of help. I have an ok credit but I was not sure if I would qualify for a 2007 tandem axle daycab. They help me with the process and at the end I was able to buy it. Now 8 months later I am going back for another one so I can hire a driver. Great listening skills, service and quality on their trucks. Thank you Brian.

First off as I mentioned to you I do feel terrible that you had experienced problems with your tractor a couple weeks after your purchase; however, after our recent conversations I feel obligated to set the record straight. You purchased a 1995 tractor with 991,000 miles on it at a discounted price, which I had recently purchased off of a private individual. When you asked me to verify if there was any engine work by the previous owner I specifically told you that we could NOT verify or document that there was any engine work done to the tractor. The other part that you forgot to mention was that you personally spent hours here performing a detailed inspection, and that you also test drove the tractor and pointed out to me every item of concern, you discussed these concerns with your company and made an informed decision to purchase. At no time did I or any representative of Global Used Truck Sales express or imply any warranty whatsoever. You also signed not one, but two AS-IS disclaimers stating that we would not warranty an 18 year old tractor. Furthermore, this tractor was also driven back to Georgia without incident, and it also managed to deliver freight its first time out. As you stated to me…you have been doing this for many years and there was no way to know if or when an engine issue will happen. You are correct…there is no way for anyone including our dealership to anticipate these types of problems. There is adherent risk when purchasing an 18 year old tractor with almost one million miles on it, and that is also why it was priced accordingly. I do appreciate your business and I personally wish you all the very best. Sincerely, Brian

BEWARE! I was in the market for a truck and we found one in the truck paper that we were interested in and Brian tells us the engine had been built 70,000 miles ago. We ask if there was any way he could verify it and said he would call us back. Brian calls us back in about an hour and says that he verified it and since this mans business is built on the truth and trust we believed him. We believed him well enough to look it over ourselves and not take it to a mechaniic to look at. Our 1st trip out 5 days later we dont even make it a week to find that the truck has a blown head gasket. I understand i signed all the disclaimers but i could understand a month later not helping with any repairs but the 1st trip out come on now you would think he would at least help out with the repair a little or 50/50. He wasnt interested in doing anything at all. BUYER BEWARE!! This guy wont be around long taking care of business this way!
