I used to be a loyal customer to this place but only can say bad things about it now. I was told one of my chipped pipes could be fixed and two months later, I was handed back an unfixed pipe and given terrible customer service to boot. They treat customers like they are lucky to be in their shop instead of being appreciative that they have customers at all! I recommend going to the Recked Smokeshop off Waters Ave. Has a better selection, MUCH better customer service, and top-notch blowers on hand. Thumbs Down to the G!
