When I called I asked for my yearly Gyno appt. They made the appointment, When I went to the appointment she was 35 minutes late. And she asked me about 2 questions took my pulse and BP( total of 5 minutes) and then told me that it was her policy to have the appointment on the 2nd appointment! They NEVER mentioned this on the phone, otherwise I would not of gone. So now I wanted a day off and a co-pay and now I have to make another appointment for the Gyno pay another co-pay and then they told me that they do not give the results over the phone, so I have to make yet ANOTHER appointment. They are banking! 3 appointment instead of 1. Plus the majority of the staff was pretty rude. They are not looking out for the patients best interest!

After waiting in her waiting room for more then an hour and being told by uncaring, cold, unintelligent reception staff that they "had no idea" when I would be seen. I was finally seen by the nurse and hour and a half later, only to be placed in the next waiting room for a half hour. When the doctor finally saw me, she had no compassion and was just plain cold. I would not trust her as my doctor, I like a little feeling and respect for my time. For me it was a total waste of time. If you have all day to sit in waiting rooms and prefer a cold doctor and staff then she could be for you.

Dr. Lisa Scudder is one of the most thoughtful compassionate doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I put off seeing a doctor for an entire year because of a bad experience with an inconsiderate doctor and upon seeing her all those worries have subsided and I keep my appointments regularly. The office can draw blood in house and they even have a host of the most common prescriptions available to buy at the office.
