        Overall

        Alice Burhenn is rude and doesn't have the back bone to tell a potential client to their face that she doesn't know what the hell she is doing.

        You are better off going to someone who has dyslexia than wasting your precious time letting her "try" to do your taxes!

        (the only way I could post was if I faked a star, trust me, she didn't even deserve that one!)
